My seasonal bakes are all about celebrating the little moments that make each time of year feel special. From Christmas cookies to fun, colourful treats for all seasonal occasion, everything is made with plenty of care, love and flavour. When do Christmas products launch?

Our festive range goes live at 6pm on the 25th of November!

Is there a postage cut off date?

Yes! To receive your goodies in time, please order before Friday 12th December.

Are cookie packs limited?

They sure are! Once they’re gone, they’re gone, so don’t wait too long.

When can I collect my order?

Local pick ups are available Friday afternoons between 4pm - 6pm and Saturday mornings between 8am - 10am. If you need to arrange different collection times, please email hello@savvcyakes.com.au

Do you offer postage?

Yes! We post orders out each Monday. Please allow extra time as Christmas postage can experience delays. You’ll be prompted to select your preferred delivery date as you add the product to your cart. Just choose the date that suits you and we’ll post your cookies to arrive as close to that day as possible.

What’s the last day to collect?

Final collection days are 19th and 20th December.

What's your refund policy on baked goods?

Because everything is handmade and perishable, we’re unable to offer refunds, including for postage delays.

Do you take custom orders?

Yes! I offer custom cookie orders depending on availability. Spots can fill quickly so it’s best to book ahead. Please email hello@savvycakes.com.au
