Join me for this fun two hour class where I'll take you right through how to make silky smooth Swiss Meringue Buttercream and  teach you how to pipe perfect swirls!

Learn how to fill a piping bag, all about piping tips and how to create beautifully colour-balanced cupcakes that will be too pretty to eat.......almost!

You'll take home 12 stunning cupcakes, my signature SMBC recipe and a new found addiction to cupcake decorating!!

Refreshments will be available throughout the class

Minimum of 2 students is required for the class to go ahead, however each class has a maximum of 3 students due to space limits

Proper footwear must be worn
