Let's Party!!
This is such a fun class! Even if you're a beginner, I'll have you piping like a pro in this 3 hour class.
We'll break it down layer by layer and you'll learn all about constructing a vintage buttercream cake, which piping tips work best and how to troubleshoot any issues that arise.
Before decorating your chilled cake, we will practice piping and use moulds to create fondant decorations to adorn our masterpieces!
You'll take home a stunning 6 inch vanilla cake and my signature Swiss meringue style buttercream recipe
The Fine Print
Refreshments will be available throughout the class.
You are most welcome to BYO if you wish to sip (please advise beforehand)
Minimum of 2 students is required for the class to go ahead, however each class has a maximum of 3* students due to space limits
Proper footwear must be worn
If you need to cancel or reschedule at any time please contact me ASAP to make alternative arrangements

*If students are known to each other, a class maximum of 4 is available. It's just a little more cosy.
